It has very high attenuation outside the 5MHz bandpass region centered at 137.5MHz and has a minimum of 30dB of gain inside the bandpass region. Nominal current consumption is 180mA. The SAWbird series includes two ultra-low noise LNAs sandwiched between custom designed high performance SAW filters centered on the frequency of interest. Each LNA module has two EMI shields to isolate each sensitive LNA from external interference. There are also M3 mounting holes for mounting the PCB in a custom enclosure or projecting with standard hardware. Each module has three different power options. However, the power must be turned on simultaneously with one option. The recommended power input from the SMA output port (NESDR SMArTee for bias tee compatible SDR) is 3V-5V DC.
