The head case has a three-layer structure consisting of a steel outer grille, a thin metal mesh, and urethane foam. It firmly guards the microphone unit and shuts out pop noise together with the sponge at the tip of the unit. The side port of the unit is covered with two layers of foam with different densities, and the phase of the sound from the position off the central axis controlled to improve the stability of the sound. The "Dual Acoustic Chamber", which has a double body structure, achieves both a back cavity with ideal acoustic characteristics and an excellent steering wheel feeling, and greatly reduces handling noise. Anti-vibration material is put on the inside of the body shell, and a special rubber bush is mounted on the upper and lower parts of the back cavity to suppress the generation of handling noise to the utmost limit. The body is made of strong die-cast. The unique ergonomic flat side cut provides an excellent handle feeling. .
